Material Masters Concrete was founded by the Vander Linden family with a simple promise: show up, do the work right, and never cut corners. What began as a commercial concrete operation in 1996 has grown into one of Western Washington's most trusted concrete contractors — still family-owned, still hands-on, still holding every crew member accountable.
Two of their sons, Kyle and Eric, expanded MMC's operations into residential work — driveways, patios, pool decks, sports courts, and decorative concrete — bringing the same commercial-grade discipline to homeowners across the Puget Sound region.
Every person on our crew is a full-time MMC associate. We do not subcontract. That means the same experienced team that walks the job site on day one is there on the final day of the pour. Your project is our project — and we stake our reputation on every square foot.
